IELTS Test Preparation

IELTS(International English Language Testing System)  is a standardized English proficiency test designed to evaluate the capability of the students in the English language. It is designed for a non-native speaker  to be in an English speaking country for different purposes like study, work, and others. It is accepted by different institutes and universities from nations like the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and many more.

 

IELTS is divided into four different parts i.e. Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing where each of their scores ranges from 0-9 bands while 9 being the highest band and 0 being the lowest band. From the reference to bands score, we can access the level of English language proficiency of anyone.

6 Competent User Has operational command of English with occasional inaccuracies, inappropriate usage, and misunderstandings. Fair use of complex words
5 Modest User Has partial command of English with occasional inaccuracies, inappropriate usage, and misunderstandings. Likely to make mistakes.
4 Limited User Basic competence is limited to a familiar situation. problems in understanding and expressing themselves
3 Extremely Limited User Able to convey only general meaning in very familiar situations
2 Intermittent User Only use of isolated words and very basic short formulae
1 Non-User Has no ability to use except possibly few isolated words
0 Did not attempt the test

PTE:

PTE Test Preparation

 PTE (Pearson Test Of English) is a computer-based test designed to evaluate the proficiency in the English language of non-native speakers applying for student, working, and other non-immigrant visas. It is widely accepted in most countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, the Netherlands, and many more countries. 

 

The PTE test is divided into 4 different parts; Speaking, Writing, Reading, and listening where scores vary from 0 to 90.
